My lampwork pendants with dichroic glass buried inside to give a subtle sparkle.  Some have a spiral texture one side and a thumb depression on the other – for fiddling with when bored or anxious.  I understand this is now a thing! The modern equivalent of worry beads?  Lots of colours to choose from.  These are hung on stainless steel chains but sterling silver chains are always available at additional cost.
