I hope you are all surviving the heat – the last week has been cooler up in North Norfolk, which was a great relief, though we could have done without the cold wind and sharp rain shower just as my village Fair was opening last Saturday, 18th July! I did manage to get some lampwork done during the heat and there are three new stretch bracelets available.
I’m very excited to introduce a new artist to the Studio – Caroline Houchell is well known locally for her delightful mixed media and gel printing work. Not surprisingly one of her pieces sold almost as soon as I’d hung it so do come in to have a look if you are in the neighbourhood.
Norwich based Suzanne Phillips has been producing gorgeous stained glass (copper foil work) for the Studio for a good while now and it’s always lovely to see her carrying a box of new goodies! Top of my list today was this beautiful flower arch.
